Appointment Dashboard: Cannot Unblock More Than One Slot At Same Time (Doc ID 2544782.1)

Symptoms

When trying to unblock multiple slots, not consecutive, even the slots that are between the selected slot are unblocked.
Arrows appear on the selected slots.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Operational Planning, Dock and Yard Managers
2. Select the Location
3. Go to Actions, Manage appointments
4. Select a slot and right click and select Unblock Resource
5. Select a non consecutive slot, right click and select Unblock Resource
6. Press Save

It is unblocking a continuous slot.
