Error trying to register an User in Oracle iSupport.

Error:

Application Error:

     The application is currently not available or an unexpected error has occured. Please try again later.
      If this message persists, please contact the system administrator.

    => java.lang.NullPointerException.

- Note:
  The typo in "occured" comes from the message on the screen.

Steps:

http://<host>:8001/OA_HTML/ibuhpage.jsp
- The Homepage is rendered correctly.
- The user is logged in as GUEST, as expected.
- Click on then 'Register' link
- Select 'Register as individual' (or any other available option)

=> Error occurs.
