Relay Shipment-In-Transit Action Adding 365 Days Of Wait Time On The Shipment (Doc ID 2544990.1)

Symptoms

 

When attempting to perform Relay Shipment on a Given Shipment, the Shipment Stop shows 365 days of wait time.

The following example shows the issue being reproduced with the steps A - D:

A. Create an Order Release, that will travel from a Source Location to a Mid point Location then on to the destination Location  

B. Proceed to Plan the Order Release onto a shipment

C. Navigate Fleet Management -> Manage Relays -> Relay Shipment in Transit – Force 

D. Enter the Relay Location ID (Mid point Location) as a stop before before destination location -- Ensure the Location ID has a calendar ID 'CALENDAR' with no activities defined.

E. The above A - D  example will results in the following shipment start/end times:

    The First leg will not meet Service Time

    Start time: 2019-03-18 10:42 America/New_York
    End time: 2020-03-18 11:27 America/Chicago 

    The second leg will not meet Service Time

   Start time: 2019-04-17 09:42 America/Chicago
   End time: 2020-04-17 05:46 America/Los_Angeles

   Notice that a wait time of one year is added to the destination location for each shipment.
