Database Autoconfig Error Out 'wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64' (Doc ID 2545027.1)

Symptoms

After upgraded the application from R12.1.3 to r12.2.8, the following error occurred when running database autoconfig.

Context Value Management will now update the Context file
Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM warning: You have loaded library <ORACLE_HOME>/dbhome_1/lib/libnjni11.so which might have disabled stack guard.The VM will try to fix the stack guard now.
It's highly recommended that you fix the library with 'execstack -c ', or link it with '-z noexecstack'.
UnsatisfiedLinkError exception loading native library: njni11
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: <ORACLE_HOME>/dbhome_1/lib/libnjni11.so: <ORACLE_HOME>/dbhome_1/lib/libnjni11.so: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64 (Possible cause: architecture word width mismatch)
Updating Context file...COMPLETED
Attempting upload of Context file and templates to database...COMPLETED
Updating rdbms version in Context file to db112
Updating rdbms type in Context file to 64 bits
Configuring templates from ORACLE_HOME ...
AutoConfig completed with errors.

Changes

 Upgraded the EBS from R12.1.3 to r12.2.8.
