On : 12.1.3 version, Collections

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When running the Invoices collection program, Collection Request (Collect Custom Transaction Source), the invoices are being not collected.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the invoices to be collected.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Applications
2. Go to Compensation Manager Responsibility
3. Navigate to Tasks >Collect Transactions
Select Operating Unit
Transaction Source after providing start and end period Click Schedule Request
4.After the request completes, observe that even though invoices exist for the selected period they are not collected by the Collections Program and not available in the cn_comm_lines_api_all table.
