When attempting to run Autoinvoice program the following error occurs.


RAXTRX: Autoinvoice Import Program

Transferring : Current system time is 20-MAY-2019 05:25:00
ERROR: from eBusiness Tax - return code = 2 Current system time is 20-MAY-2019 05:25:10
Please review the plsql debug log for additional details. Current system time is 20-MAY-2019 05:25:10

Error calling raapic()
Commit after cleanup - Current system time is 20-MAY-2019 05:25:10

Encountered an error in JAI.PLSQL.JAI_TAX_PROCESSING_PKG.IMPORT_DOCUMENT_WITH_TAX Non-STANDARD/Tax: Fetch c_err_exists:Encountered an error in JAI_OPEN_TAX_DET_PKG.determine_tax. Any error exists on importing taxes for XXXX.

Error message from the JAI_INTERFACE_ERR_LINES table 
 TAX                       JAI_MUTIPLE_INVOICE_NUM
 LINE                       Any error exists on importing taxes for Line_id 

These records are inserted for the problematic record / Interface_line_id which was rejected during import.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load data into AR interface and Jai interface table.  ( this is for Credit memo)
2. Run the auto invoice import .
3. Completed with error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run Autoinvoice successfully
