Work Order Operation Completion With Performance Issue (Doc ID 2545844.1)

When attempting to complete/uncomplete a Work Order with a routing,  the following error occurs.


Actual message "Failure of Web Server Bridge. No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent."


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility = Maintenance Super User
2. Navigation = Work Orders-> Work Orders
3. Complete/Uncomplete from LOV
4. "Once we select complete system takes more than 5 mins to get next screen. Users getting timeout. We noticed this issue happens specifically route based work order"
