Symptoms

Note: In the images bellow and/or the attached document, user details / company name / address / email / telephone number represents fictitious sample (based upon made up data used in the Oracle Demo Vision instance).
Any similarity to actual persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental and not intended in any manner.

Customer can add a new Ship To to an existing customer using the POI Transaction. However, when customer attempts to Import the Sales Order
they are getting the following error message in the log file:

A trading partner with translator code , location_code for the POI
transaction is not defined.
Set up the trading partner in the Gateway. Control Record 0010 has the ORG_ID .
A trading partner with translator code 6123410000, location_code 11842510962
for the POI transaction is not defined.
Set up the trading partner in the Gateway. Control Record 0010 has the ORG_ID .
3 Document(s) processed.
2 documents skipped.
End of generic inbound for transaction POI.
Open Interface Executed for transaction POI, Request Id 1458931
End of inbound transaction POI.

The transaction is then stuck in a pending status. Issue is only occurring with existing trading partner relationships.
The new trading partner relationships are working correctly.
Reviewed the ECE_STAGE , TP_TRANSLATOR_CODE and TP_LOCATION_CODE tables and
all the date looks correct with regard to the trading partner setup.
Also confirmed that the data appears to be correct in the Interface file data report.

But error still occurs, which indicates the trading partner is not found in the staged data.
