"Edit Shipment Stop" Action Throws Error: "Invalid column index"

Symptoms
When using:
Action check created on Shipment stop screen using the Audit Action ID as "EDIT SHIPMENT STOP".
The validation is like Shipment Stop Attribute_Date1 is always less then or equal to "Estimated Arrival", if user enters a greater value user needs to enter the Reason in (Shipment stop Attribute1).
When having:
Action check triggered once the Shipment Stop screen related values are saved, the following error appears:
