NI Related Data Not Reported On RTI Additional Report 2018-19 (Doc ID 2546213.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:


NI related data not reported on RTI additional Report 2018-19


When moving a group of people from one Tax reference to another as at Financial year end.
The Final FPS is run on impacted payroll and Employees were terminated on that Payroll (final process date not completed) and Tax Ref changed to new payroll.

Run RTI - Full Payment Submission (FPS) - Additional Reporting 2018/19) program with mode FPS with Leaver Details.
The process completed and PDF output show nothing for NICable or NI related data.
The individuals are on NI H (others on other categories are reported). However in the Final FPS run for the Payroll the details are being displayed for the same individuals on NI H.


Steps to Reproduce:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using UK HRMS Manager Responsibility
2. Run RTI - Full Payment Submission (FPS) - Additional Reporting 2018/19
3. Check the output - the process completed and PDF output show nothing for NICable or NI related data.
