UK Pay: Payslip Generation-Self Service Process Errors With No Data Found in Case of Null in Run Results (Doc ID 2546228.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

If either hours or rate input value is null, when attempting to run Payslip Generation - Self Service, the following error occurs:

Error ORA-01403: no data found


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login using 'UK HRMS Manager' Responsibility
2. (N) View -> Processes and Reports -> Submit Processes and Reports ->Submit Request
3. Run Payslip Generation - Self Service
4. Error occurs
