OPM Batch Status Does Not Change When Releasing Batches (Doc ID 2546443.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Batches

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When Releasing a batch, the batch status is not being updated to WIP, but no error message is displayed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the status to change.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Pending batch, select Release
2. Enter actual start date
3. Click Proceed on Material Exceptions screen

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot release batches.
