Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

A sales order with a line with quantity of 1 creates 2 schedules.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Only 1 schedule should be created.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility = Flow Manufacturing(FLM)
2. Navigation = Line Scheduling-> Scheduling Workbench
3. Try to create a flow schedule.
