Import Periodic Cost concurrent program is not populating rows from the Interface Tables: CST_PC_ITEM_COST_INTERFACE and CST_PC_COST_DET_INTERFACE
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. After concurrent process Import Periodic Cost is run check data
2. Data is not importing as expected.
