On performing Merge Shipment Actions on Shipment OTM takes more time and coming to an end by themselves without any result.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Perform Merge Shipments (or) Recalculate Actions on an Shipment with Ship Groups

2. Actions is not getting completed and keep on running without result.
