Customer is reporting performance issue when running the WFBG process with OEOL YYY

Expected behavior: No performance issue wil lbe encountered when running the WFBG process with OEOL YYY

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. Run the WFBG process with OEOL YYY
3. See performance issue

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot efficiently or effectively run WFBG process with OEOL YYY and as a result
invoicing activity for shipped orders is being delayed.
