Reported Issue
------------------
DDT Header form is allowing to enter DDT Number.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
DDT Header form should not allow to enter DDT Number.
This should be fetched from the Document sequence and assignment setups.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to DDT Header form.
2. Enter DDT Number, it is free text to enter.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot submit packing slip report to legal Authorities.
