Symptoms

 Reported Issue 
 -----------------
 Post upgrading from R12.1.3 to R12.2.7, observed a heavy performance over the AR transaction form.
 It is taking long time to open on clicking on Lines button.

 Expected Behavior
 -------------------
 Expects that there shouldn't be any form performance issue.
