Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Setup forms and programs

When attempting to query an existing  code combination in Account Combination form
the following error occurs.

ERROR

 FRM-40212: invalid value for field DISP_JGZZ_RECON_FLAG


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into general ledger
2. Navigate to Setup-Accounts-Combinations

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update the code combinations
