Gl Text Reports (eg. Account Analysis 132 char) Complete With Error: REP-0152: Positional argument specified after keyword (Doc ID 2546905.1)

Symptoms

Account Analysis - (180 Char) & Account Analysis - (132 Char) end with error. Both retrieve Text output.

This may affect just the same other Text reports. XML reports work fine.



ERROR
REP-0152: Positional argument specified after keyword.
Program exited with status 1
Concurrent Manager encountered an error while running Oracle*Report for your concurrent request <number>.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. General ledger responsibility > run GLACTANL2: Account Analysis - (180 Char)
2. Observe error in the logfile
