Information in this document applies to any platform.
There is ERROR records in INL_MATCHES_INT and the following error can be seen on INL_INTERFACE_ERRORS.
ERROR_MESSAGE: Table inl_matches_int, Record xxxx: The shipment cannot be matched as it is not completed
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Run Matches Interface Import.
- See pending records in INL_MATCHES_INT and error in INL_INTERFACE_ERRORS
