Mobile RMA Receipt of Serialized Item failing with following errors for items that are serialized 'At Sales Order Issue':
There are two conditions:
1) If the serial number entered IS NOT a value that is already associated with the item the system rejects the entry with an error message that reads:
Invalid Value ORA-06508: SQL: could not find program unit being called in Package INV_SERIAL_NUMBER_PUB Procedure is serial controlled.
2) If the serial number entered IS a value that is already assoicated with the item the system allows the serial number to be entered, captures the Receiving Information, and then (with RCV: Processing Mode = Immediate) kicks out an error via the Receiving Transaction Processor (which is reacting to the INV and WMS packages). The INV Debug Log File is reporting:
Process_LPN_Trx_Line: msg: | Failed to Pack/Unpack item | The item was not found at the specified location.
