How To Restrict Service Request Visibility ? (Doc ID 2547307.1)

Goal

Need the ability that whenever a Service Request is created by particular group, no other group employees should see their data, so this way users will have security.
Is it possible to achieve the functionality so that when user searches any Service Request which is not created by their group member, the Service Request should not be visible?
