Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version,

When attempting to approve purchase requisitions for a second time (since logging in) users and Workflow Administrators receive
the following error.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log to Application
2. Approve one requisition
3. Try to approve another requisition
