Contact Number Does Not Return in Counter Mass Update (Doc ID 2547451.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Support Codes

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Go to Installed Base > Counter > Mass Reading

Enter a contract number to find counters/instances.  LOV of contract number
returns no data.

The same contract number used in item instance > item instance
or item instance > mass update
All return proper instance.  
Problem only found from Counter > Mass Reading
