PROBLEM STATEMENT

Problem:   

Quality icon is displaying incorrectly 
Some Quality icon is displaying in Operations even there is no Quality 
records attached to 

Steps to reproduce: 

1. Log in Technician Workbench 
2. Update work order 
3. Go to Operations
