The Spares Management Advanced Search Option Is Not Working When Using Parameter "IS" For Creation Date (Doc ID 2547793.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In the 'Search Repair Purchase Orders Advanced Search page ,When using the ''creation date'' query parameter - option "IS'' the search is not working.
For example  if the user uses the date "IS"  DD-MON-YYYY the page does not return data, but if user uses the option ''AFTER'' instead it returns the data..

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that the system should retrieve expected records when using the ''creation date'' query parameter - option "IS''


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Spares Management responsibility
3. Navigate to Spares Logistics > Repair Purchase Order Details
4. Choose Advanced Search
5. Use Creation Date Query Parameter option "IS''
       No Results Found
6. Now use Creation Date Query Parameter option ''AFTER'' instead it returns the data of the repair orders created on the day.
