Concurrent :CLE: Turnover Report XML is failing with an error .


Error observed

ORACLE error 1555 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment number 1552 with name "_SYSSMU1552_735143637$" too small
ORA-06512: at "APPS.CLE_F118_TURNOVER_RPT_XML_PKG", line 803
ORA-06512: at line 1

Steps for replication
----------------------
1. Run concurrent "CLE: Turnover Report XML".
2. It is running for more than a day and finally completing with an error.

Expected Behavior
-------------------------
Concurrent should be allowed to complete without any errors.
