Error If First Line Of Contract In Canceled Status

When attempting to add a Line and subline to a service contract which has only one line already which is cancelled, the following
error is thrown
FRM-41051: You cannot create records here
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Service Contracts (R)
2) Create a Service Contract with one line and subline
3) Change the status of line to Cancelled - the same status reflects at subline as well
4) Now add a new line and attempt to add a subline for this line when the error is thrown
Due to this issue, users cannot create additional lines/sublines to Service contract when the existing line is in cancelled status
