GLOOAP: Periods - Open Periods

Symptoms

When opening a new period concurrent program GLOOAP: Periods - Open Periods errors with the following:

ERROR
-----------------------
Program was terminated by signal 9
 
Shutting down Concurrent Manager : 20-MAY-2019 15:28:08
ORA-01012: not logged on

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. (N) GL Responsibility > Setup > Open/Close
2. Select period to open.
3. Error occurs in concurrent program.
