Generate Federal Employee W-4 Report Shows Current Date (Doc ID 2548067.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Employee’s signature date on W-4 is current date as the signature date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Employee’s signature date on W-4 should reflect the last time the employee updated their W-4

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation:  - US Super HRMS Manager > Fast-path > US Tax Information > Find employee and note the effective_date for example: 01-JAN-2019

2. Run concurrent job to print W-4

Navigation US Super HRMS  Manager > Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports as of current date for example: 11-APR-2019


3. View Output > Employee's Signature: Date: 11-APR-2019 (this is the date when process was run)
