'Run Clover ETL Graphs' Fails With Error 'CloverETL Data Record PO_ENDECA_BWC_PROCPLAN_V (Doc ID 2548099.1)

On : 12.2.6 version,

When trying to run Clover ETL Graph after application of patch 28038357 the process
encounters Error

 'CloverETL data record PO_ENDECA_BWC_PROCPLAN_V contains less fields than source JDBC record !'.
Response from clover server - Run ID : 12345
You can check the graph status by accessing 'Executions History' from clover URL -
Graph : prj-pmc/graph/Incremental.grf was running for 1020 Seconds
Graph execution failed with error message : ERROR
Error Stack for failure is :
