iProcurement NON CATALOG Request Item Type not getting defaulted in Non-Catalog Request
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Item type should get default

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From iProcurement responsibility
2. Click Non Catalog
3. Item Type is not defaulting to a value
