System Extract Not Including Some Employees In Dental Extract File

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The system extract for Dental Plus Plan is not working correctly as it is not capturing the details of some employees who should be included in the extract.
All employees who are enrolled to the plan should all be in the extract.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on to Applications.
2. Choose the HRMS responsibility being used to run the extract.
3. Run the Extract Process, followed by the Extract Write Process.
4. Check the file for plans which should be not be present.
