Error When Trying To Export Territories via WebADI When the Name Contains a Special Character (Doc ID 2548669.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Territory Maintenance and WebAdi export >

Receiving error message when trying to Export certain Canadian territories

The same error happens when clicking on the territory 'name' to open the territory in view mode

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20001: An error was encountered while executing the Function QualValue- -933 -ERROR- ORA-00933: SQL command not properly ended
ORA-06512: at "APPS.JTF_TERRITORY_PVT", line 10984



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to: Territory Manager > Territories
2. Search by:   Usage = Sales
3. Select a territory where the 'name' contains a special character
4. Hit Export: Error message is displayed

Same error happens when opening the territory in view mode - edit mode territory opens correctly with no errors
