On : 12.2 HRMS RUP12 version, Catalog Admin



ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------------
Certification Completion Notification displaying wrong dates.

Learner receives the completion certification notification, but the notification has the wrong renew date for next certification period.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


Definition:
Certification Name: Cyber Security-Everyone eLearning  ( example)
Certification Start Date: 13-FEB-2019
Certification End Date:
Restricted: Yes
Learner must complete this certification in : 365 (days)
Learner can renew: For a period before certification expires
Renewal period: 180 Days
Notify learner before due date: 60 days
Completed certification is valid for: 730 days (2 years: 2021)
Certification validity calculation starts: From Learner completion date.  No restriction on the use of self-study classes for initial certification or
Restriction on self study: renewal





After learner completed the Certificate, he receives a completion notification as below:

Certification Details:
You have completed the certification: Cyber Security-Everyone eLearning, which is valid from 16-APR-2019 to 15-APR-2021
You will receive a reminder of the next certification period on 14-FEB-2021


FND Message used by the OTWF workflow to send the notification as below :
Name: OTA_443760_CERT_CERTIFICATION_MSG

Current Message Text:
