ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

 DDT Header form is allowing to enter DDT Number


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

 DDT Header form should not allow to enter DDT Number

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to DDT Header form
2. Enter DDT Number, it is free text to enter


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot submit packing slip report to legal Authorities
