Adjustment Screen Greyed Out in Collections Agent User Interface (IEXRCALL) (Doc ID 2549156.1)

Symptoms

Adjustment form is greyed out after selecting a Transaction from the Transaction Tab of the Collections Agent UI.   Adjustments are enabled, however the fields on the form are not updateable and only an adjustment for the entire amount can be entered.
