Sort Items On Item Catalog In Ascending Order (Doc ID 2549908.1)

Actual Behavior
Find that in the Configuration tab of an item, the components cannot be sorted by Item Sequence.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Item Simple Search and query an item
2. Go to Configuration tab
3. Under Structures, select Primary

See that the components are not sorted by Item Sequence
