On : 12.2.6 version, Setups
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Products and Services are not visible on Supplier page for PO Item Category FF
for Value Sets uploaded using API package fnd_flex_values_pkg.insert_row
However PO Item Category - Product & Service codes that are added manually
to current configuration ARE visible on Supplier page.
Imported codes are NOT visible on Supplier page.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to be able to use FND API package fnd_flex_values_pkg.insert_row
to import value set data
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load FF value sets for PO Item Category using FND API package fnd_flex_values_pkg.insert_row
2. No values for the imported value sets
3. However, when entering the data manually within the EBS application that data is visible
