How to redirect Web Tender "Respond Via Web" URL? (Doc ID 2550086.1)

Symptoms

When user receives notification to accept tender, If you wanted to  change "Respond Via web" URL link to redirects to OTM load balancing servers than individual servers
Upon trying to change "glog.webserver.URL", using DBA.ADMIN, in Property Sets - WEB_CUSTOM, the following message appears:

 

Steps:

  1. Create a Shipment for a service provider
  2. Tender Shipment , an email notification will be sent
  3. Web tender notification will have "Respond Via Web" link
