System allowing to provide a End date which is back dated to that of Start Date

Expect a Validation to be present where End date should be back dated to Start date
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Item Classification >>form
2. Provide Start date and a previous date as End date and Save
