How To Set The "Time" for Date Type Parameter? (Doc ID 2550680.1)

Goal

For data model, a parameter is created as Data Type = Date. While the calendar is displayed on the Data tab as "Select Date and Time", it only allows to select Year, Month and Date. How can I select "Time" there?
