NullPointerException When Using Fusion Engine WriteAttributes Extension Rule (Doc ID 2550857.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3.31.11

When attempting to launch a model with the seeded WriteAttributes Configurator Extension attempting to write a Total resource, the following error occurs as the model launches.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Configurator Developer responsibility
2. Navigate to impacted model
3. Select 'Test Model'
4. Error occurs
