Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When a report is cancelled in the front end, the corresponding SQL query keeps running at the database layer.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
OCIBreak should be invoked by the application resulting in the query being killed at the database layer.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run any heavy/long running report.
2. Cancel it at the front end.
3. Have a DBA check and confirm the query is still running at the database layer.
