On 12.2.6 version, Basic SysAdmin functions, maintenance
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Re-activated user cannot proxy to users that granted proxy rights
Use the proxy solution for multiple users needing access to the same EBS account. A seasonable employee who was able to proxy to 2 other users last summer is not able to proxy to them this year after the account was re-activated.
