Endeca issues after the January or April PSU (Doc ID 2550951.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3.5 version, Configuration

Clover throws 404 Not Found Error after applying patches 29204678 and 29694149

After applying Apr PSU 10.3.6.0.190416 Patch 29204678 + Overlay Patch 29694149 on 10.3.6.0.190416 for CVE-2019-2725 on the Endeca Weblogic server. After successful application of the patch, Endeca services were restarted. When trying to access Clover portal 404 Not Found error.

This is happening only with Clover portal.
