ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

CS HTML Contact Center Performance issue while performing search; using serial number. It Takes more than 2-3 mins.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the search to return results in few seconds


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Service responsibility
3. Navigate to Customer Management > HTML Contact Center
4. In quick Search Choose Serial Number ,provide the serial number and click Go
