ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Lease Management, Insurance Receivable streams due date has changed from 29th of the month to the last day of month


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expectation is that Insurance Receivable streams due date should be 29th of the month

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a contract with insurance policy effective from 29 th of the month
2. Generate Streams
3. The Insurance Receivable streams have due_date 29th of the month until January, 28th for February, and last day of the month (30/31) for the next months
