India GST - PO Matched transactions allowing claim from Receipt and Invoice

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It should not allow to take claim on Receipt as there is no accounting
happens for receiving for PO matched receipts.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create PO.
2.Create receipt.
3.Create Invoice(PO matched receipts)
4.Take claim from Receipt.
5.Again try to claim from Invoice.
6.System is allowing the same.
